Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz are working out together at home. It's Schwartz's first workout without Tom Sandoval since they decided to cut back on social hangs. He tells Katie that him and Sandoval are going to be hanging out less until their business gets further along.
Kate, Raquel Leviss' sister visits. James Kennedy is doing his first See You Next Tuesday event. Raquel updates her sister on the drama between Brock Davies and James. They discuss James' controlling tendencies.
Lala Kent invites Brock and Scheana Shay over to bond. Brock jokingly said he liked scotch, even though he didn't know what it was, so Lala arranged a scotch tasting. Lala and Scheana have a spa day to reinforce their friendship. Lala shares she is throwing a beauty party for Give Them Lala. Brock reveals he is going to propose to Scheana. He enlists Randall Emmett to help him surprise Scheana and do a duel proposal/shotgun wedding disguised as a movie premiere.
Katie visits with Ariana Madix. Sandoval asks how Schwartz is doing, and Katie says mopey. Katie talks about Schwartz not being into the sandwich shop idea. Ariana and Katie decide they will do the sandwich shop together.
James arrives to discuss his DJ playlist for Lala's beauty event. Lala confronts James about being too controlling. James says he'll talk to Raquel about it.
Randall Emmet reveals that the proposal is also a wedding to Lala. Lala thinks Brock has a half baked plan. Randall calls their assistants in to help Brock with the party.
Charli Burnett and Raquel talk about their feet pictures. They've only raised a little over $300. Brock and James go to talk behind SUR by The Dumpster. Brock confronts James about being controlling. Brock tries to let James know that since he understands what it's like to be opinionated and have that come off as controlling, he's concerned for James. James gets defensive and accuses Brock of talking about him behind his back and being jealous of him and Raquel.
Sandoval arrives at Lala's to get glam. Sandoval requests less foundation because he has too much movement in his face. Lala vents to Sandoval that Brock didn't respond to her assistant's requests for his credit card information to pay for his surprise wedding. Lala brings up her fear that James is too controlling for Raquel.
Scheana and Charli meet for breakfast. Brock had let it slip that he was planning a surprise wedding to Scheana. Charli jokingly brings up that Brock might need a greencard if his visa is ending. Scheana says that his visa is ending.
At the Give Them Lala beauty event, Schwartz and Sandoval run in to each other socially for the first time since their pact. Ariana and Katie reveal to Lisa Vanderpump that they are going to open a sandwich shop together. Brock explains to Randall and Lala why he pulled the brakes on the surprise wedding. Sandoval confronts James about being controlling over Raquel. In his confessional, James trashes Lala and Randall's relationship, Scheana and Brock's relationship, and Sandoval and Ariana's relationship. Ariana thinks that their feet pic buyer is LVP, who later reveals herself as feeling bad the girls didn't sell a single feet picture. James confronts Lala about Sandoval talking to him about being controlling. James takes issue with Brock and Lala talking about him being controlling. Lala cries as she gives a speech thanking everyone for their support.
