Tom Sandoval tries to sit down with Katie Maloney-Schwartz to defend the working relationship he has with Tom Schwartz. Sandoval feels like Katie tries to push her ideas thru Schwartz. Sandoval touts that he has brought money into both their houses when the pandemic shut down and he did so by branding the two of them together. As Katie fights with Sandoval, Schwartz asks Katie to leave. Schwartz stick up for Sandoval while Katie calls him an egotistical maniac. In her confessional, Lala Kent describes Sandoval as Schwartz's mistress. (And while I'm sure Katie feels that Sandoval is the third person in their marriage. I think the real issue comes from Katie being the third person in Schwartz's life behind Sandoval.)
Brock Davies and Scheana Shay are working on the launch of HomeBody, Brock's home fitness app. Brock wants Scheana to stand up for herself when she gets confronted instead of rolling over. Scheana defends that Charli Burnett has validity to her own feelings regardless.
Katie meets with Lisa Vanderpump at Villa Rosa. Katie tells LVP that Sandoval tried to take credit for the duo brand. Katie gets LVP to admit that she doesn't think The Toms are ready to open up their own place. LVP tells Katie that Schwartz can't choose another man over his wife. She also tells Katie that she can't be the one to fight with Sandoval. She has to let Schwartz do it.
Sandoval and Ariana Madix are getting ready for Ariana's birthday dinner and Ariana complains she'll be in a night look for a dinner while it's still light outside. Sandoval tries to soothe her by explaining it's a dimly lit restaurant. Ariana brings up that Schwartz was really rude to Katie at TomTom and that Lala had suggested to Katie that she and Schwartz take a break. Instead of dinner, Sandoval takes Ariana to the Maddab Hotel. They're led to a surprise party with the gang waiting for them. Scheana uses the party to get vlog content. Schwartz and Sandoval step aside to talk about the fight from the night before. Sandoval and Schwartz fight over whether or not their friendship is a brand or not. They settle on the idea of their authentic friendship being shared, making awesome stuff together, and happily profiting off of it, by chance. Sandoval clarifies that he meant that when he comes up with ideas, Schwartz always embraces them and supports them. They settle their talk with Schwartz telling Sandoval he feels like the number one Tom, to which Sandoval responds, "You are in my book." James Kennedy tells Lala that he doesn't think he should help Brock out with this HomeBody app because it won't be cohesive to his DJ brand. Ariana drinks on an empty stomach and ends up falling over. She begs Katie to do a double date with her and Sandoval, but Katie refuses.
Lala is hiring an assistant. She and Randall Emmett interview candidates.
Katie and Schwartz go over how Schwartz will confront Sandoval. Sandoval tells Ariana that as a "cyst" male he can't raise his voice at anyone and it be okay. Schwartz gets on his bike and rides to Sandoval's to confront him. Schwartz tells Sandoval that he needs to respect Katie and Sandoval says he wants to avoid Katie because it doesn't matter what or how they get into fights, it just makes things worse. Sandoval tells Schwartz they need to stop hanging out socially one on one.
