Tom Schwartz, Brock Davies, and James Kennedy go to ice bath training. Schwartz puts himself under the ice bath right away. Brock builds himself up to dip his head under. James sits on the rim like a cat. After 3 minutes, they're done. Instead of running out like James, Schwartz wants to stay in because he's hoping that since hot baths are bad for his sperm count, the ice baths might have the opposite effect. Brock reveals that growing up on a farm, he lost a finger as a young boy, and was teased relentlessly for it as a child.
Lisa Vanderpump comes over to see Lala Kent's dog Lilly, who is aging and possibly ill.
LVP brings up the Toes for the Nose idea the girls are doing to raise money for Raquel Leviss' nose job. Lala says she would not sell pictures of her feet to support Raquel.
Raquel, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, Charli Burnett, and Ariana Madix, hold their foot photoshoot. Charli tells the other girls that one of Brock's friends grabbed her waist and Scheana Shay didn't stick up for her.
Schwartz and LVP go to a tattoo parlor for Schwartz to make good on a bet he lost to LVP. He gets "LVP" tattooed on his butt cheek.
Raquel hosts her Dream Tea Party and Lala arrives in a "Baby Girl" Basketball cropped tank top. Scheana invites everyone to Brock's HomeBody launch party. Charli confronts Scheana about not sticking up for her when one of Brock's friends grabbed her. Scheana tells her that when Charli stuck up for herself she didn't think she needed to. Lala even sticks up for Charli. Once Katie jumps in to defend Charli, Sheana begins to feel ganged up on.
Katie helps Ariana with her Drink From Home kits and creates a drinking game. Schwartz comes home and reveals his LVP tattoo. Ariana takes this as her cue and leaves. Schwartz and Katie get into a fight.
Charli and Raquel are doing a workout together to skip the pickleball tournament. Charli apologizes for turning the tea party into something revolving around her. She vents to Raquel that Scheana isn't always the friend to them that she wants them to be to her.
Randall Emmett is hosting another pickleball tournament. He has hired the number one pickleball player in the world to be his coach. He commissioned a 10 foot trophy for the event. Lala puts on a cheerleading uniform. Randall hired the American Idol runner up to sing the National Anthem. Randall and Schwartz play pickleball and Schwartz loses 11-4. He presents a fake menu to Randall, who thinks he is getting a signature cocktail named after him at TomTom. Lala brings up to James that he needs to get to the bottom of it with Brock about the launch for his HomeBody app. James accuses Brock of not having enough details for him, and Brock tries to explain that he was just trying to get a general feel for his interest. James asks what is he going to get in return for helping Brock out and Brock offers up his friendship. James gets upset and Katie steps in to mediate and remedy the situation.
Randall brings his 10 foot trophy to TomTom. Ariana celebrates the first feet pick sale. Charli pulls Scheana aside to talk about the tea party. Charli says Scheana hasn't been the same friend to her that she has been in the last couple of months. Scheana uses her baby as an excuse. Scheana promises to be a better friend.
