Third Stew Jess starts her day feeling defeated, "like Martha Stewart in prison". Jess asks Chief Stew Heather to talk and explains she needs to leave. Heather is upset that Jess has decided to quit 3-hours before a charter. (It's over 4-hours before the guests arrive.) Heather talks to Second Stew Fraser before Captain Lee. Fraser regrets trying to push Jess out now that they will be down a stew. Heather breaks the news that Jess left. First Mate Eddie offers himself up from his own crew to work interior. Chef Rachel has no issues with Jess not saying goodbye. Captain Lee anchors in Shitten Bay.
The guests arrive. One of the co-primary's friends has brought a broom named Sally on board. The deck crew is still uncovering, much to Captain's chagrin. The guests sit down for their first meal and Rachel didn't have Chelsea's meal liquified fast enough. Deckhand Rayna isn't paying attention when a jet ski starts to float away. Eddie spots it and races to recover it before Captain Lee notices. Heather and Fraser coordinate for the three parties they'll have to throw tonight. Rachels calls Eddie in to shuck oysters. Once again Eddie finds a jet ski floating away. Eddie claims he saw it unclip itself and blames the broom, Sally. Captain Lee thinks its the deck crew. In the crew mess, Rayna asks Heather to not put her fingers in the food and she apologizes and storms off. Eddie scolds Rayna that Heather is at the end of the rope and doesn't need to be kicked when down. Eddie walks off. Rayna tells Deckhand Wes that when she told Eddie about Heather saying the n-word he told her it was okay (not true) and is annoyed he would stick up for Heather. Chelsea begins to meltdown as her food hasn't been ready and she's starving. Chef Rachel spills her latest smoothie on the floor. The episode ends as the Primaries retreat to their cabin and Chelsea cries, upset that she can't enjoy the charter like everyone else.
