As The Deck Team fight, First Mate Eddie wants them to do a high five and move on. Deckhand Rayna complains to Deckhand Wes about Lead Deckhand Jake, but Wes sides against Rayna. In her cabin, Rayna calls her dad to complain after not getting the response she wanted from Wes. Eddie overhears. Captain Lee asks Eddie what's going on and Eddies asks Captain Lee if he can see if he can handle it himself first. The Primary's daughter gets into the hot tub topless in front of her father.
Eddie sits down with Rayna who tells Eddie that both she and Wes have issues with Jake. Eddie reveals that he heard her phone call with her dad. She tells Eddie that she thinks he always sides with Jake. He tells Rayna that she needs to listen more and not talk over people. Chief Stew Heather and Second Stew Fraser take a second break during the night and talk about Third Stew Jess behind her back. Fraser asks Heather to find someone else. On lates, Jess breaks a wine glass.
The next morning, Chef Rachels plays in the French toast dough. Heather calls Jess into the pantry to show her what it should look like during a service. Jess goes down to the cabins to assist Fraser (who is assigned to housekeeping) only to be scolded on the state of the cabins by Fraser. Jess shares that she always feels like she is playing catch up, bouncing from one station to another. Jess catches Heather and Fraser talking about her in the pantry. The guests depart and Primary Michael announces that The Deck Team failing to put up the slide was hilarious entertainment for him. At the tip meeting, Captain Lee tells the deck crew they need to raise the bar. Captain Lee says the tip reflects their poor service as it was only $19,000. Captain Lee calls The Deck Team into the wheelhouse and delivers them a warning: mess up again, and they'll be flying home.
The crew goes out. Wes and Jess steal a moment alone to chat, but Eddie and Jake think Wes has no game. Heather drinks about 5 fingers of vodka. Eddie tells the crew they will be taking the slide out tomorrow to practice. Heather flirts with Jake. Heather is so intoxicated she says the n-word and she loses her purse. Wes and Jess continue to awkwardly talk as neither will make the first move with the other. When they get back to the My Sienna, Jess gives Wes a peck on the cheek to say goodnight. In the crew mess, Rayna tells Heather she said the n-word when they went to the bathroom. Heather gets upset and goes to bed.
The deck crew gets the slide up without issue. Captain Lee sits down with Rachel, Heather and Eddie, and reveals that the Co-Primary will be coming on board with her jaw wired shut. Captain Lee discovers that Rayna and Wes's work fell short of standard. Chef Rachel explains what sweater puppies are to Fraser. Eddie reprimands Rayna and Wes; he tells them they will have to wake up early to redo their work from the day before. Rayna shares to Wes that Heather said the n-word the night before. Rayna tells Fraser she needs to talk to Eddie about how their meeting went because she was upset about Heather saying the n-word and it bled into her attitude during the meeting. Fraser escorts Rayna to Eddie's cabin. Eddie and Rayna have a successful talk, and the production crew zooms in on Eddie drinking in his cabin.
