Episode 16 of the Real Housewives of New York begins with Ramona Singer doing a virtual workout with her trainer. She calls her belly by its new name, Tiramisu. Eboni K. Williams is planning her schedule. Sonja Morgan is checking on in the fish at her townhouse, wearing a parka and no underwear.
Leah McSweeney is hosting her parents, Bryan and Bunny, and her brother, Daniel, at her apartment for dinner. They discuss Leah's conversion to Judaism and are supportive of it. It's revealed that Leah has a book deal with HarperCollins to write a self-help book and the conversation quickly turns into Leah's struggles in adolescence. Leah claims that she could have been a star athlete and gone on to Ivy League schools, but that she wouldn't have traded anything for being at the rave scene of the 1990's. Bunny thinks that drugs and alcohol robbed them of those years with her, Bunny accuses Leah of being addicted to plastic surgery and believes she's had 3 surgeries in 6 months as proof. The Bravo editors list a nose job, boob job, and accusations of fat transfers to Leah's butt for context.
Ramona is studying for her real estate course and attributes Eboni with helping her stay motivated to continue her studies. Sonja calls and reveals that her and her assistant, Emma, have tested positive for COVID-19. Ramona butts in that she also felt lousy the day before and got tested but her test came back negative.
Eboni is at home and shares that she was able to get DNA confirmation with her dad. She tries to call her dad and leaves a message for him to call her back.
A month has passed since Sonja's COVID illness, Sonja shares that Ramona really cared for and looked out for her while she was sick. When Sonja got better, Eboni and Leah came over and gave her vitamins.
Sonja and her staff are packing for a Hampton's trip to Ramona's house. Luann de Lesseps is also packing and this when we learn that Ramona is throwing this weekend to celebrate Valentine's Day with the Gals. Lu and Sonja Facetime and Sonja accuses Lu of not being as supportive of her during her illness as the other women. Sonja begins to talk about Lu as she puts her phone down and Lu stays on the line to listen.
Eboni and Leah are waiting in the van to get Sonja, who is late, and has overpacked for their 2-day trip. Leah requests that she switch rooms so as not to be reminded of her grandmother who passed away during their last trip to Ramona's house.
Ramona is babbling to herself as Luann arrives with Jovani bags. She very quickly claims her room upstairs and convinces Ramona that her shoes are clean because she's only worn them in the snow. Ramona shows off her tablescape. Ramona and Lu quickly get into gossiping about Sonja's drinking. Lu accuses Sonja of being wasted in the middle of the day during their phone call. Ramona believes that Sonja has misplaced anger because she is broke and heartbroken and Lu and Ramona have "accumulated wealth" and moved on from their divorce. When Eboni, Leah, and Sonja arrive, Leah expresses that she hopes this trip can redeem her behavior from the last trip. Ramona rushes to greet Leah and whispers to her to quickly go grab her room. In her confessional, Ramona says her and Leah are "on an up and she's embracing it." Eboni tells Sonja she's cleaning out the bus before they leave and Sonja tells her, "Charity starts at home." Lu has suggested that the women do a dinner where they dress in an identity swap. The women begin to deal with Sonja's bags. Ramona suggests asking the van driver to bring them upstairs but Sonja tells her he's too old. Upstairs, Ramona and Sonja embrace and Sonja apologizes for her outburst at Black Shabbat, and explains being sick has given her perspective that Ramona is ride or die for her when it matters most. Sonja admits she has a long apology list that includes both Luann, who she has recently been hard on, and Archie, who hosted Black Shabbat and whose driveway she peed in.
Ramona gets the women matching loungewear, sparkles to put on their face, and pink boas. Lu is appalled and Eboni admits that the loungewear is both ugly and cheap. Lu asks about Bradley, the man Sonja was set up with it, and Sonja shares that he is not Mr. Right. Lu suggests they both go to Europe to find themselves a man. Lu and Sonja start going thru Ramon's closet. Lu confronts her about their phone call and Sonja apologizes to her and they make up.
The women sit down for dinner and Eboni shares that Jude has been confirmed to be her father and one of her half-sisters has already reached out to welcome her to their family. Leah says that she wants to try something new in 2021 and start dating wealthy men. Lu makes them play a game and introduces "Pin the Tail on Harry Dubin". Sonja tells Ramona that she shouldn't hang out with him anymore since they are not friends and Harry is Sonja's ex-boyfriend who cheated on her and slept with all her friends. Sonja heads into the kitchen to ask for another glass of wine and then flirts with Romeo, one of the caterers. Ramona shares that Harry misses and adores Sonja. Eboni loses the game and has to kiss the Harry poster. While the women are taking pictures of Eboni kissing the poster, Harry Dubin calls Ramona.
